More Estate Sale Treasures
Vintage Pitcher and Six Tall Glass
Perfect for summer ice tea or lemonade
Gardian Service Hammered Aluminum Pan
Vintage Chenille Bedspread
This one is really a pretty blue and has no damage
Two curtain panels probably from the 1950s
They have some storage stains
I'm thinking of soaking in oxy clean before listing
What do you think should I soak them or sale them as it?
These next two photos are kitchen towels
These could probably use some soaking also
I've not decided if I'm going to go to the garage and estate sales tomorrow. Keep saying I have enough but there is always the thrill of the hunt...plus it gives hubby and I something fun to do on Saturdays! Hope everyone has a great weekend!

... def go to the sales!
Great finds!!! I stopped using Oxy to soak my vintage linens because it started breaking down the material on some of them. I found someone online who recommended using powdered Biz, and once I tried it, I've never used anything else! It works GREAT!!
ReplyDeleteThat aluminum pan w/lid would be great for a buffet or a pot luck!
ReplyDeleteI haven't had much luck with Oxy, but would try the Biz like Treasure Seeker suggested.
I love the iced tea set! hope you and your hubby have fun at the sales and good luck finding something good. Thanks for linking up at Cap Creations.
ReplyDeleteHello, I'm a new follower and found you over at Thrifty Love party. I really love the tea set, It immediately took me back to growing up and sitting around the back porch with my 7 siblings on summer evenings drinking kool-aid. My mom had 2 sets because there were so many of us. lol Looking forward to checking out more of your blog. Please follow back and link to my party, if you like. : )
