The Pennsylvania Commission for Women turned the fountain at Point State Park pink to raise awareness about the incidence of Breast Cancer and the benefits of an early diagnosis. They hope the fountain will serve as a reminder for women to do monthly breast self-exams and schedule yearly mammograms. One out of every 7 women in Pennsylvania will be diagnosed with breast cancer.
This is the fountain at the court house.
