Painting Astilbe Flowers

Yesterday while visiting Sherry's blog Creations from My Heart she posted about spray painting Astilbe flowers! I found that an amazing idea. Today I spray painted my Astilbe. Sherry's colors are much brighter than mine but there still is a difference after spray painting.

This one I spray painted pink.

and this one is spray painted lavender.
I did get some paint on the leaves but it's way too hot to fix it now!

I have one more that I want to spray paint white but I'm going to wait
until it cools down a little maybe there are other flowers that could use
come paint!

Warm wishes,

  2. Talk about an easy way to put instant color in your garden!! I have many Astilbies in my gardens. I think I will let Mother-Nature do the painting though....
    Have a great day!
