Collectible Treasures 8/1/11

When I first started going to garage sales, thrift stores and estate sales I would buy everything I liked and could afford!  Since selling things on Ebay and my website I've become much more selective.  Here are some treasures I've found recently:

Art Treasures Vintage Chenille Bedspread

Vintage Wilendure  Roses Tablecloth

Wilendure Vintage Yellow Tulips Tablecloth

I really love vintage linens especially if I can find them for a great price. Check out these link parties and find other vintage treasures.

Very Pretty PINK Things

I know we all love PINK!  Found these treasures at an Estate sale and just wanted to share.

This pink and white swirl vase is about 5" tall and

there are no markings on it.

Isn't it beautiful?

Now I love roses and could not resist these two

needlepoint rose pictures framed under glass.

I will be putting these up for auction on Ebay.

I'm joining these link parties:

Fancy Fun Friday

PINK Saturday

Have a wonderful and fun weekend!

Warm hugs,

Hydrangeas!

Hydrangeas are one of my favorite flowers and mine are doing great this year!  The colors of this one is just beautiful ...there is some pinks, purple, and blue.

This hydrangea has not been trimmed back in about 4 or 5 years but it's getting really tall so I'm thinking of trimming it this year.   Hope it blooms next year.   Enjoy your Friday!

A Major Clean Up!

Image via WikipediaNo I'm not cleaning up my home...which really needs it!  I'm doing an EMAIL clean up or should I say a unsubscribe with the hundreds of email I just delete everyday.  For the last 5 days I've been opening every email on 4 of my accounts and doing the unsubscribe.  It really takes a long time but I do see some progress I'm not getting nearly the emails as before.

Everyone wants your email address and sometimes they send 2 or more emails a day.  I'm going to be much more picky who gets my address from now on.

I hope everyone is doing well...I'm going to start posting more often and be by to visit all of you!

Warm hugs,
