PINK Saturday 6/6

A few weeks ago I took my sister Cheri out to lunch for her birthday and then we did a little shopping. What else do you do after lunch!

And I found this cute pink bench.

And thought it would be perfect for some of my needle felted critters.

This bear was my first needle felting project.

Here's a snowman all decked out in Pittsburgh Steeler / Penguin colors!

This robin kinda looks cute on the bench.

These lambs look sweet on a pink bench.

And here is Hildie the country mouse...she's going to the Mouse Ball.

There are still many more felt critters hanging around the house and they are multiplying! Do you think I should try to sell them? How do you decide how much to charge? I've never sold anything I've made...maybe I should just buy more benches!

What's in my Sweet Tweet Box?

Tonight 5/22 after hubby went to bed - I made a cup of tea and opened my Sweet Tweet Swap package. Thank you Renee everything is wonderful! Opening each treasure was delightful and you are a very talented artist and also very generous! There are birds, nests, tags, flower seeds, bird house, soap and more in these photos. That little bird and nest on the box are darling!

This was my first swap so I didn't completely understand how things should be done but I've really enjoyed putting together a box for my swap partner Renee and it was lots of fun getting my Sweet Treet Swap package!

Eleanor our hostess for the Sweet Tweet Swap will have all swap partners listed on her blog so you can see what all everyone got.

My FIRST Fertilizer Friday 6/5

Decided to join the fun over at Tootsie's blog Flaunt Your Flowers! This is a picture of the large hanging basket by my front door and yes Tootsie I did my fertilizing this week. You know I've never really fertilized my gardens before so I expect great results and I'll be showing off all summer on Fertilizer Friday!
