Fresh From Our Garden!

It's pretty exciting to have everything in our garden to make a salad! This is our first vegetable garden thanks to my husband. Thanks Sweetie!!

First Cherry Tomato Harvest

It's so exciting ... these are the first cherry tomatoes from my

Topsy Turvy planter. There is nothing as good as

fresh tomatoes on a salad!

Painting Astilbe Flowers

Yesterday while visiting Sherry's blog Creations from My Heart she posted about spray painting Astilbe flowers! I found that an amazing idea. Today I spray painted my Astilbe. Sherry's colors are much brighter than mine but there still is a difference after spray painting.

This one I spray painted pink.

and this one is spray painted lavender.

I did get some paint on the leaves but it's way too hot to fix it now!

I have one more that I want to spray paint white but I'm going to wait
until it cools down a little maybe there are other flowers that could use
come paint!

PINK Saturday - OMG I Forgot!
